Embroidery:
We operate on a made-to-order structure, with all embroidery done in-house. This approach reduces textile waste and allows us to create small-batch, thoughtful designs. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

Art Documentation:
Once you submit a booking request, your quote will include a turnaround time tailored to the scope of the project. As a general guideline, we recommend allowing at least 7 business days for your final photographs to be delivered.

We recommend washing your garment before wearing it, as the embroidery backing can feel slightly stiff straight after production. The backing will soften after the first wash and continue to soften over time.

For the best results, wash the garment inside out on a cold, gentle cycle, and avoid ironing directly over the embroidered design to maintain its quality and longevity.

We’re committed to keeping our environmental impact as low as possible. All of our packaging is 100% biodegradable and recyclable, including our shipping labels, which use compost-friendly adhesive rather than the standard non-compostable kind. Our thank-you cards double as postcard-sized prints featuring our original artworks and photographs. These small choices help us reduce waste while keeping our packaging thoughtful and functional.

We’re based in Prahran. If you choose studio pick-up at checkout, we’ll send you the studio address and a list of available pick-up times once your order is complete.

Yes, we offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item if you’re unhappy with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, just as they were sent out. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom-made products, as these are created specifically for you.

We offer both domestic and international shipping, with delivery times depending on your location and the services available through the postal network. If you prefer, we also offer studio pick-up from our Prahran studio.
