Design Size Limit The maximum embroidered size is 15x15cm.
Colour Limit Designs are limited to a maximum of 3 colours.
Design Adjustments Complex or detailed designs may be simplified to ensure quality. You will be notified via email of any changes. If we are unable to complete the design as requested, a refund will be offered.
Customer Approval A digital mock-up of the design will be sent to you for approval before production begins. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Processing Time Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery of custom orders.
No Refunds for Custom Orders As this is a custom order, no refunds will be provided once the order is confirmed.
